About me:

I am a healer, artist, herbalist, mother, homeschool educator, publishing poet, spiritual teacher, & perpetual student.

I am also a shamanic practitioner, Usui Reiki master teacher, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) master instructor, and intuitive guide. For over 20 years, I have trained and practiced with esoteric healers, teachers, herbalists, and wise women, both nationally and internationally. My work is rooted in the lands of northern New Jersey, an area that has been home to many generations of my ancestors as well as the ancestral homelands of the Lenape people. I have been in private practice since 2018.

I believe that doing reflective, respectful work in our inner realms heals not only ourselves, but our children, our ancestors, and the abundant living spirits of the earth. As they said in the ancient mystery schools (and later wrote on Apollo’s temple at Delphi) — Know Thyself.
