Energy Healing

During an energy work session, you will experience waves of deep healing through methods such as Usui Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy, plant spirit medicine, flower essence therapy, chakra balancing, shamanic technologies, and angelic, animal spirit, and ancestor presences. This combined, synergistic flow will help release any blockages and stagnation in the energetic field as well as re-invigorate and optimize your energy body. It may reduce anxiety, create more ease and expansion in your life, and fortify vital life-force energy.

What is a session like?

You will lie fully-clothed (with cozy blankets and relaxing music) on the massage table for the energy work. Sessions for children (with their guardians present throughout) usually skip the talking and go straight to the massage table. Meanwhile, pets are seen remotely, and they let their guardians talk for them.

The energy work treatment itself involves gentle healing touch, flower essences and essential oils (with permission), and sometimes crystals and stones. This experience will feel restorative, and the energy flow itself can feel both gentle and extraordinarily powerful.

After I complete the treatment, I will relay any visions I received about your energy field and circumstances so that you can use this information to further integrate your own healing.

This is generally a very cathartic experience, and it will always leave you feeling shifted.

What to expect after a session?

After an energy healing appointment, you may feel deeply relaxed and sometimes tired or sometimes energized. It is important that you help support your body, mind, and spirit through the healing process by staying hydrated with clean/living water, spending time in nature, grounding, eating healthy foods, and any preferred purification methods. Often, big feelings (or other people’s big feelings!) can arise in the hours or days following a session, and you may experience shifts in your outer world catalyzed by the shift in your energy field. You may feel more sensitive, more happy, more sleepy, more alive, more clear, and more in-tune with your spiritual guidance. You may even feel psychic gifts start to open more fully. Whether the changes feel enormous or imperceptible, please know that they are unfolding perfectly in your own divine timing.
